We built our Pergolux Sundream S3 with the help of some other contractors but purchased a fixed glass wall for one side of it that we weren’t confident in installing. We had an issue with the fact that the patio the pergola was being installed on has a run off away from the house and Matthew was able to speak with our contractor to help resolve the issue. From booking the appointment and conferring with Matthew we had confidence that it could be done. The day of the install was some of the most horrendous weather we have had for several weeks but the installers completed the task despite this, even tackling installing the 4 glass panels with relative ease. They left the site tidy and were very respectful during their time here.
